How good is your thread's quality?
Our thread is built with the highest standars in the market and it is ISO 9001 Certified.

Can I buy a sample?

Is your thread is 100% Polyester?
Yes.

Do you have rayon embroidery thread?
Not at this time.

Will you have more colors available in the future?
Yes, At this time our factory is manufacturing 39 more colors incising our color chart to 105 colors and we expect to have them available the first days of February '09.

If I place the order today when I will receive it?
Normally we send all the orders same day by USPS Priority Mail and this services takes 2 to 4 days. For international orders takes 5 to 15 days.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, but we do not take credit cards over the phone, we can take your order and then we will email you the invoice with a link to google checkout where you will be able to pay with your credit card.

Is Google Checkout safe?
Absolutely, Google is safe and secure.

Are you able to monitor my credit card information when I place an order trough Google?
No, Google Checkout does not reveal any of your credit card information.

When will I get the confirmation for my order?
Normally when you place an order on our website the google checkout will email you an order confirmation immediatly,  and by the time we ship your order, you will receive an email form the carrier with the tracking number.

How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order please call us. We will make every attempt to cancel your order depending on where it is in the ordering process. Please have your order number available when you call.

What are the ship methods for Hawaii and Alaska?
All orders to Hawaii and Alaska can be shipped Priority mail. Unfortunately we can not ship ground.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes we do, we have a special link for international orders.

How do I change the shipping address for my order?
If you need to change the shipping address of your order and the order has not shipped please call us or email us select contact us form the menu and then select I  have a problem with my order. Please provide your order number.

Why do I have to give my credit card number when setting up an account with Google Checkout?
You do not have to setup an account to access the store and browse for products. Setting up your account is part of the Google checkout process and a credit card is required to complete that process.

How do I find out the status of my order and tracking information?
Order status and tracking information can be found by login into your Google Checkout Account. Or call us and we will glad to help you.

How can I report a problem with my order?
